I've worked with dozens of students who've gone on to attend Harvard, Columbia, Oxford, the University of Pennsylvania, and other top schools. I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University, and bring editorial rigor to every essay I edit.
Need more rounds after? Additional revisions after the developmental edit are available starting at $150 a pass.

I'm a writer, editor, and former college admissions consultant with an MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia University, where I was awarded the Benjamin T. Burns Fellowship. My editorial career began with an internship at The New Yorker. I've spent the years since bringing that same rigor of my training and editorial work to student writing: helping high schoolers find the story only they can tell, and tell it well.
For five years, I worked one-on-one with students on their college essays. My students have gone on to attend Harvard, Columbia, Oxford, the University of Pennsylvania, UCLA, UC Berkeley, and more.
I understand this process personally, too. My own parents were immigrants who couldn't help me navigate college applications, let alone afford a tutor or consultant, so I figured it out myself, the hard way. That experience is part of why I do this work: I know what it feels like to face this process without support, and I want every student I work with to feel genuinely guided, not just edited.
I bring real editorial training alongside a clear understanding of what admissions readers are actually looking for.
